The town actaully split from Old Dunstable in 1741, when the border between Massachusetts and New Hampshire was settled and it was incorporated in 1746. Median price in May was $274,000. This is up 5.4% from $259,900 in May of 2012. This is the lowest median price has been since November, 2012. 3-month median price of $310,000 in May was down modestly from $362,721 in April but up slightly from $260,500 in May of 2012.
Market Time
Days on market of 53 in May was very slightly up from 51 in April but down substantially from 147 in May of 2012. This performance was better than all but 2 towns in Hillsborough County.
